Competition in the manufacturing industry is currently getting tougher due to rapid developments from time time. The use of tools or machines as a supporting factor for operation something that cannot be separated industrial world. Therefore, engine performance must considered. Over time, machine will decline age, maintenance and minimal experience human resources. In improving (effectiveness) obtain productivity, researchers can calculate level effectiveness manual automatic (CNC) cutting machines. By measuring using OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) method. steps method are carried out by taking into account Availability (A), Performance Efficiency (P) Product Quality (R). Based on advantages OEE, further analysis calculation Six big losses out. Where Overall Effectiveness (OEE) value Cutting Automatice 73.24% while 55.32%. Both have not met ideal 85%. While results obtained large affect two minimized Breakdown loss factor, Setup Adjustment Loss Defect Process. So continuous periodic improvements needed maintain both increase productivity.
